Can you build a chatbot like ChatGPT for my business?

Yes. I build chatbots on the same models behind ChatGPT (OpenAI) or on Claude, trained on your business's own information so the answers are about your services, not general knowledge.

Can you add ChatGPT to my existing website or app?

Yes. I integrate the OpenAI or Claude API into existing websites and React, Node.js or NestJS applications.

Will the chatbot give wrong answers?

The bot is set up to answer only from your documents and to say it doesn't know, or hand over to a person, when the answer isn't there.

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

A chatbot that answers from your documents is the simplest and quickest to build. Cost grows with integrations such as bookings or CRM updates. AI usage fees are paid to the provider and are usually small. I give a fixed quote after a short free call.

Is my data safe?

Your documents are used only to answer questions for your business. I use the providers' business APIs and can keep data in your own cloud account.
