Overview
Agentra builds an AI agent for a business, trained on its own material: price lists, opening hours, policies and FAQs. The agent works 24/7 across channels, so small businesses such as clinics and service providers stop missing enquiries outside office hours.
I worked on Agentra as part of the remote ValourAI team, collaborating with international stakeholders through code reviews, async standups and agile sprints.
What I built
- Interfaces for setting up and previewing a business's AI agent, built in React
- Conversation flows for the agent's core jobs: answering questions, capturing leads and booking appointments
- API work connecting the front end to the agent and booking back end
- Responsive, fast-loading pages for the product and marketing site
